Held in the heart of the Wading River Historic District by our cherished duck ponds, this family-friendly street fair celebrates summer with live music, delicious food trucks, and 80+ local vendors.
With Wade the Duck leading the fun and our scenic duck ponds as the backdrop, Duck Pond Day is a can’t-miss community event filled with local flavor, small-town charm, and fun for all ages. Come shop, eat, listen to music, and celebrate everything that makes Wading River special!
Mattituck Strawberry Festival
June 17-21st
The Mattituck Strawberry Festival is a 4-day, annual Father's Day weekend event on Long Island’s North Fork, celebrating local agriculture and strawberry season. Hosted by the Mattituck Lions Club, it features carnival rides, fireworks, live entertainment, a Strawberry Queen crowning, and, notably, massive amounts of strawberry shortcake and chocolate-covered strawberries
